Because our platform is a multi-vendor marketplace, delivery times may vary depending on the vendor’s location, the customer’s location, and product availability.
1. How Delivery Works
Our platform is designed to show customers products from vendors closest to their school or location whenever possible. This helps reduce delivery time and makes ordering more convenient.
However, some items may also come from vendors outside your immediate school environment, especially if the product is not available nearby.
Because of this, delivery times may differ from one order to another.
2. Delivery Timelines

3. Delivery Time Starts When Order Is Confirmed
Delivery timelines begin once the order has been confirmed by the vendor, not from the moment the item is added to cart.
Orders may take longer in cases where:
- the vendor needs extra time to prepare the item
- the item is coming from outside your immediate area
- there are delays caused by weather, traffic, public holidays, or other unexpected issues
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees may vary based on:
- the vendor’s location
- the customer’s delivery address
- the size or type of item ordered
The exact delivery fee will be shown at checkout where applicable.
5. Important Notes
While we try to prioritize vendors closest to your school or area, not every product will always be sourced from the same campus environment.
This means some deliveries may arrive faster than others, depending on where the vendor is located.
We always aim to provide clear delivery estimates so customers know what to expect before completing their order.
